Bridging the gap between product features and real end-user understanding, I created Queuepid, a campaign themed around “finding your perfect match” in print management. Timed around Valentine’s Day, the initiative used humor and familiarity to drive awareness of key product benefits while encouraging better system usage at the end-user level.
When the team returned from Gartner without usable visuals, I created a video game-style recap aligned with their “IT Hero” and “Level Up” video campaign theme. In the simulation, our heroes arrive on the chaotic show floor, surrounded by a crowd shouting their IT challenges. The noise is constant, the needs overlapping—and the heroes rise to meet them, translating that moment into clear, actionable direction.
What started as a content gap became a creative, on-brand storytelling piece that captured real audience insights and turned event buzz into a focused, feedback-driven narrative.
